Send Us Your Documents
Slips, receipts, and records go here rather than into an email. No account, no password, no sign-in — the link opens straight onto an upload page.
Opens our secure Microsoft 365 upload page.
Before You Upload
Three Things Worth Knowing
The name you type gets attached to every file
The upload page asks for your first and last name, and it's added to the front of each filename so we know whose documents these are. Use the name your return is filed under, not a nickname — it's the only thing tying the upload to your file.
You won't see the folder, and neither will anyone else
The page only accepts uploads. You can't browse the folder, download from it, or see what anyone else has sent — and no other client can see yours. That's deliberate, but it does mean you can't check later what you already sent, so keep your own copies.
We reply once it lands
We'll confirm what arrived and tell you if anything's missing. If you don't hear from us within two business days, something went wrong — email hello@greywoodadvisory.ca rather than assuming it arrived.
What to Send
Not Sure What We Need?
Our What to Bring checklist lists it by situation — most people need two or three sections of it, not all of them. Photos of paper slips are fine as long as the numbers are legible; you don't need a scanner.
If you haven't filled in the intake form yet, do that first and upload it along with everything else. It's the form that tells us which of your documents actually matter.
Security
Where It Actually Goes
Uploads land in a private Microsoft 365 folder, encrypted at rest, seen only by the person preparing your return. They're retained in line with CRA record-keeping requirements — six years — and used for nothing but preparing and filing your return.
Two things this page is not for. Don't send your CRA sign-in credentials: we never need them, and anyone asking for them isn't us. And your EFILE authorization, Form T183, isn't uploaded here either — it's signed electronically through our professional tax system once your return is ready. More in the FAQ.
