Fixed-Fee Pricing
Your return is priced by its most complex element, on a three-step ladder. You don't add the steps together.
One case is worth spelling out, because it is the one people get wrong: a rental property moves the return to Premium at $399, and the T776 is covered by that base. It is not $149 plus $150. The same is true of self-employment and of a property sale.
The two discounts combine. The service appreciation rate comes off your tier and schedule fees; hourly work is billed at standard rates. Records disorganized enough to need rebuilding are quoted as bookkeeping first, before any return work starts.
View Income Tax ServicesT2 corporate income tax returns for Canadian-controlled private corporations. Includes all required schedules, GIFI financial statement filing, CCA tracking, and shareholder remuneration planning. Priced based on the complexity and volume of your corporate activity.
View Corporate Tax ServicesT3 estate and trust return filing for testamentary trusts, inter vivos trusts, graduated rate estates, and bare trust compliance. Priced based on the complexity and type of trust arrangement.
View Trust ServicesPriced by transaction volume and added to your T1, at a flat fee within each band: $150 for up to 100 transactions in the year, $300 for 100 to 1,000. Past 1,000, or a DeFi-heavy year, we quote after reading your records rather than guess at a number here; unreported prior years are quoted per year. Staking, mining, and airdrop income counts toward volume and isn't billed separately. Crypto does not move your return to a higher tier — it is an add-on to whatever tier your other income sets.

View Bookkeeping ServicesA structured read of a full year of your business: margins, cost drift, owner compensation, and what the next commitment does to your tax position. Scope depends on the size of the business and the state of the records, so the fee is quoted before any work begins. Quarterly ongoing advisory is quoted the same way.
