Every price above is before tax. We add 13% HST to each invoice — GST/HST No. 751784000 RT0001. So $99 a month is $111.87 on the invoice, and $179 is $202.27. Teams above the published bands are quoted before any work begins. The full price list across every service is on the pricing page.
Monthly payroll runs month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice, the month you're in is billed in full rather than pro-rated, and the fee is invoiced at the start of each month. When you leave you get a complete export of your payroll records within 14 days — they're yours, and we don't hold them to keep you.
If your headcount crosses into a higher band, we tell you before the rate changes and the new rate starts the following month, not the month you hired in. Year-end T4 and T4A slips are billed per slip whether or not monthly payroll is still running, so ending mid-year doesn't leave your slips unfiled. We need hours and any changes two business days before each pay date to hit the CRA remittance deadline on time.
