Payroll
Accurate payroll calculation and processing for Canadian employers — whether you run payroll weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We handle gross-to-net calculations, statutory deductions, and pay stub preparation for each pay period.
The monthly fee is fixed by team size — $99 for one to three employees, $179 for four to nine — and doesn't change with pay frequency. Larger teams are quoted individually.

Year-end T4 and T4A slips must be issued to employees and contractors and filed with the CRA by the last day of February. We prepare all slips, issue them to recipients, and submit the T4 Summary to the CRA.

A Record of Employment must be issued whenever an employee experiences an interruption of earnings — including layoffs, terminations, leaves of absence, and resignations. We prepare and submit ROEs through Service Canada's ROE Web on your behalf.
